Questions

Who counts as a billable seat?
Owners and developers — the people who approve requests, run agents, and review or merge. Requesters, who only submit and comment, are always free and unlimited.
What is an agent run?
One execution of the AI agent against an approved request — from prompt to a pushed branch or pull request. Retries count as runs. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can add run packs anytime.
Do you resell AI credits?
No. You always bring your own AI connectors, keys, and tools, and pay your provider directly. JointlyDev never marks up or resells AI — we charge only for the platform (seats and runs).
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like; seat changes are prorated.
